Cancellation Policy

All bookings and payments are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. If an athlete is unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances, the payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or applied toward a future session. If your athlete is unable to attend, please cancel the reservation through the booking system as soon as possible so the spot may be made available to another athlete. Canceling a reservation does not qualify the booking for a refund or credit. If ShiftBuilt Athletics cancels a session due to weather, facility closure, coach emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, affected customers will receive a credit, make-up opportunity, or refund at the discretion of ShiftBuilt Athletics. A completed parent or guardian waiver is required for each athlete before participation. By completing a booking, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to this booking and cancellation policy.
